I had the series 4200 hot tub installed yesterday and received first class service from Paul S and Paul R, they both worked very hard to get it installed into a summer house and did an excellent job. They were very knowledgeable of the product and patient as they instructed me on water chemistry and day to day maintenance of the tub.
I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a hot tub, ideally located in Nottinghamshire to give them full country coverage.

Gregg and Pauline kept us up to date with all aspects of the sale and delivery and Damien and Paul S, who installed the hot tub, were very pleasant and informative and went through everything re maintenance.

We have bought the bliss hot tub from H2O, it’s amazing 🤩 yes there were delays but I cannot fault Gregg who kept us up to date all the way, Pauline for the help she gave and 5 stars to Stephen and Mark who defied the odds with a can do attitude and managed to move the hot tub through a small passageway to our garden ⭐️

Paid for 2 hot tubs in April with a delivery date for August then told late September found out yesterday that they haven't even left the manufacturer in China so at least another month at earliest so I have cancelled both rang another supplier get my tubs tomorrow. Shocking customer service didn't even know there had been another delay.

When searching for a hot tub, we made contact contact a number of companies. From sky high prices to shoddy customer service, we were left feeling as though we'd never get our dream tub. We came across H20 hot tubs by chance on a last ditch Google search. When we contacted them, they couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. We felt listened to and above all respected. There were no hard sales and the hot tubs available all looked amazing. We were pleasantly surprised at how reasonable H20's hot tubs were and after exceptional customer service, we placed an order for a Retreat Bay. From

Superb customer service. Received great advice from Paul answering all my questions prior to placing my order. Delivery and installation (by Lewis and Paul) was seamless and my follow up questions regarding servicing and warranty were answered comprehensively just a few days ago. Buying a hot tub is a significant investment so good customer service is really important and H20 Hot tubs have exceeded my expectations. The Hot tub is also amazing - best thing we've ever bought!

From first speaking to the team a few months ago to finally getting the hot tub installed, we had a great experience with a very friendly team of people. Lots of advice and lots of answers to our many questions!
Delivery was simple and they did the full installation quickly and with no fuss. Hot tub is very easy to use and we can't wait to use it more over the winter.
