We love our hot tub! Wish we had got one sooner! The Blue Whale Spa sales team were great, very patient with all of our questions and very knowledgeable about their products. With their help we bought the perfect hot tub for us. The delivery team were fantastic. Installation was very smooth and they gave us lots of advice to get the best out of our hot tub. The after sales team have also been great when we have arranged services or needed to purchase items. We would recommend Blue Whale Spa if you’re thinking of getting a hot tub, you won’t regret it!

Brought a Hot tub from Blue Whale Spa just over a year ago now, the whole process from start to installation has been very easy & communication excellent. I had to change the delivery date a couple of times due to the area not being ready for the Hot tub to be installed and they were very helpful & understanding. Recently I have booked in a annual service through Zoe & her team. She was excellent and not pushy at all. Explained everything that the service covers and is great value for money. I would recommend Blue Whale Spa for anyone looking to purchase

We purchased the Santa Cruz VI from Blue Whale Spa which was delivered in August. We had wonderful service from start to finish. In fact they managed to deliver the hot tub earlier than expected which was fantastic. We use it most days and is a great addition, giving us all important chill out time. I would thoroughly recommend Blue Whale Spa!

From start to finish dealing with Blue Whale Spa`s has been a very good experience. My initial contact with the sales staff was to seek advice as a first time hot tub buyer and then do some further research into which hot tubs would be suitable for my location. Within a matter of days the hot tub was ordered with a much shorter than expected lead time.
The delivery and installation went well with the experienced and well informed delivery team and we have enjoyed trouble free ownership ever since. I`ve found it easy to maintain and surprisingly economical to use.

First thing first I’d like to say what an absolute fantastic company Blue Whale Spa is!!! from start to finish they were absolutely amazing and kept us in the loop every step of the way, from organising delivery to a date which suited both myself and there logistics team to the engineers which delivered and installed the hot tub.
Nothing was to much trouble for the engineers and were happy to meet our needs and were very pleasant and respectful, if I could give them a rating out of 10 it would be an 11.

The assistant we placed the order with was very helpful and friendly. The delivery went smoothly. The team arrived on time and were very professional. I was very impressed with the whole procedure. We’ve had the hot tub for 6 months now and haven’t had any problems with it.

Our Blue Whale Spa Ivy Beach II was ordered on 26th August and delivered 10th September, after having had Lay Z Spas for years we are over the moon with the service, the price, the quality and the spa itself from Blue Whale Spas. The Ivy Beach II is comfortable, powerful & quiet the LED lights are fantastic the mixed seats and loungers offer up comfort with numerous different massage options, the footwell is spacious as are the seats. The delivery was excellent and any questions we have had Blue Whale have been more than happy to answer. Thank you guys and gals at Blue Spa we are super impressed

We bought a South Beach 5 person spa from Blue whale spas for our Airbnb Log cabin and it has been a great success. Our guests love it. From sales advice through to delivery and installation we had no problems at all, very happy with our choice of company. There was a slight issue with fitting the cover in the none recommended position that I wanted but an engineer was sent out promptly and the cover was fitted on the side I wanted at no extra cost. Looks fantastic , would highly recommend Blue Whale Spas.
