Established in 2009 by father and son Peter and Andrew Wroot, MySpa is a family-run business focusing on the installation, service, repair and maintenance of hot tubs and swim spas. Our flagship showroom and headquarters are based just outside of Leicester and have expanded our base to include showrooms in Macclesfield, Cheshire and Oakham, Rutland.

We popped over to the showroom in Bentleys garden centre last week and spoke to the lovely Brooke who was so friendly and helpful and helped point us in the right direction of what tub would work for us
We went back yesterday for a wet test in the hot tub we liked Ben & Andy we’re extremely friendly and so helpful and knowledgeable and talked us through everything even bought us a drink out
We decided to buy the spree hot tub and absolutely can’t wait for it to be delivered
This company is one of the most welcoming and friendly companies I have ever dealt with No hard sell just

MySpa deliver the service and support required when purchasing a tub. This is my second spa both Sundance, the first spa brought some 10 plus years ago- the experience and relaxation in the Sundamce brand is the best, it's not all about power and jet quantities!. The MySpa has a great variety of tubs allowing good discussions for best suited spa selection. Following order placement great communication and superb installation by the MySpa team ensured that all was just right.
I always recommend Andy his experience and customer support focus is first class

At last a business that values customer service! A great experience purchasing a tub from all the team involved especially Andy, Laura and John. It’s fair to say we needed a lot of honest advice about selecting and owning a tub, and we got just that. Poor workmanship! Dishonest! Do not use!!
Last year we arranged for Myspa to repair my partners old hot tub. We were charged nearly £900 for a pump, heater replacement and plumbing repairs, which is a lot of money for an old hot tub. We questioned the engineer after the repairs why the air bubbles no longer came out the water jets and his reply was normal and that this is how it should work. We thought this was strange and felt we were being fobbed off, we called their office and we were told by owner Andy that this was normal. My partner paid but did not feel entirely happy. We did decide not

Since buying our hot tub from MySpa nearly ten years ago we have had nothing but great service and support from Andrew and his team. We have been working with Andy and his team at My Spa for over 5 years now and I must say that the consistant level of service provided has been outstanding and just gets better and better. I visited many Hot tub companies and there was always something that kept on bringing me back to Myspa...The atmosphere was so relaxed and they only gave advice between the differences in the hot tubs, they never once said that i should get one hot tub over another and they did not "recommend" a hot tub. The only thing the offered was unbiased advice
Andy and the whole team are passionate and really know their stuff. They are always on hand to give you proper honest advice. At the showroom they took time out and spoke to you more as a friend instead

Best purchase ever. After researching hot tubs for over a year we decided to purchase from My Spa. Had the hot tub for a little over a year now and the customer service is excellent. Laura and Andy are very helpful if you are unsure of anything they will come back to you quite quickly. My husband has sensitive skin so we were worried about the chemicals but needn't have done as My Spa stock several types and we were able to purchase ones for sensitive skin and they went through the daily/weekly process in great detail with us. We have been provided with an excellent service from the MySpa team. The whole process was so easy with Andy’s knowledge of the hot tubs and being able to wet test several at the same time. The installation was completed to a very high standard and the team did a fantastic job on the day. I would highly recommend MySpa. We also all love the Sundance spa, which is a quality product. We had one minor issue with the spa after installation, which was quickly resolved.
