Always ensure that your wooden hot tub is full of water to avoid leakage and wood from shrinking. It is suggested that you should refill the tub after every session, however if you know that you are going to use the wooden hot tub for 3 days straight, it would be fine. It is recommended that you shower or take a bath before you use the wooden hot tub, to ensure that you prolong the use of the water.
While still wet, after or during emptying all the parts which can be reached should be scrubbed with etiher sponge or brush and then rinsed. To avoid bacteria grown in the timber we recommend that an hour before you empty your hot tub you add the given amount of disinfectant to the water which should break down in the water within 40 minutes.
