Alison & Simon Bakewell have many reasons for using their hot tub for health benefits. I bought a Hot tub from Hot Tub Suppliers in 2015 and I have to say their after care and customer service is excellent. I have phoned Arun many times with queries and he has always taken time to chat and help.In May 2019 , I bought 2 Zen Spas filters, I had bought many before without any problems. I didn't actually use them until August and they must have been a one off, because they started to fray when in the Hot Tub and the bits from the filters could be seen floating around in the water. When I contacted Arun, he arranged for 2 new filters to be sent out. I have also had services every year

Bought a Hot Tub 5 years ago and still enjoying every moment. Definitely recommend this company Arun (the owner) is the most polite and friendly person you could come across, was on the phone for nearly an hour discussing my needs so helpful. Now the most important bit is that within the 5 years and most recently I have contacted Arun for advice and technical problems and he was so so helpful the after care service is above and beyond 👍😃

Aspire Microsilk Hot Tub.
Can you find another Microsilk hot tub price online apart from hottubsuppliers? This is a Microsilk upgrade on the BISHTA award winning Emperor Hot Tub. After ringing many retailers, comparable products were 30% more!
I ordered through their "design your own" options, to get the bespoke spec. and colours I wanted.
I was not disappointed.
A couple of minor issues did come up. The Balboa wifi control did not appear to work and at the time of delivery the spa cover lifter I wanted was not available for a tub this big.
Time to test customer service.
