We purchased our hot hub in December 2021, Matt and his team were superb throughout. They ensured we purchased the tub that met our family’s needs. Matt kept us up to date with the delivery and communication was fantastic. The tub was installed by lovely experienced people and they ensured everything was perfect before they left, giving us clear instructions. They have been at hand if we have had any questions since using the tub. Outstanding customer care.

Purchased my Evo 7 in 2015 from Ross, recently had a problem with the main board. The Tech guys were great they confirmed the part needed and so I would have in time for Christmas flew the part in from the states.
Took about a week, I fitted and had a few setup problems which the tech team were again very helpful in confirming the setting up.
Now running like new.

We had a problem with the pH levels on our hot tub which led to our cover getting damaged due to a chemical imbalance. I contacted the technical team and dealt with Guy and I must say that his customer service level is second to none. He made sure he spoke to me either via video call or by a phone everyday for a week assisting me in what chemicals were needed to get the balance right.
After that I sent him a picture of the test strip until I was completely confident that it was right.

Purchased a hot tub in 2013 and initially had good service and installation, however as time has gone on and things needed replacement or repair the service was lacking. They replaced a pump Dec 2020 tub still wasn’t working properly so I phoned and was told they would book another visit, Christmas and another covid lockdown in Jan 2021 and still no visit, I called again, chap came out wasn’t able to work out the problem said someone would come next week, no one turned up! Phoned again, different chap came out then, told me I should just get rid of the tub and purchase a new one, it couldn’t

I Cannot thank Guy enough he has been an absolute star,, the support,patience and knowledge Guy has shared with and given me even over FaceTime has been outstanding,, Guy has most… definitely gone above and beyond my expectations.. I was experiencing issues with my water and realised I may be on chemical overload, but with Guys support I feel I’m now where I need to be and fully confident in water care and testing.. but also safe in the knowledge that Guy will always be available should I falter along the way in the future.. So if anyone reading this

Great service from my initial enquiry. Chloe from sales was super helpful and knowledgable and in no way pushy. She was honest and based on my requirements and measurements advised on the tub I had my eye on. She was also very honest about lead times, and they met the agreed date, and was also very helpful when sending details on measurements and… access. On delivery day they were on time, pleasant helpful and professional. Liam completed the install and was patient, professional and knowledgeable. The tub itself is everything they said it would be and more. The aftercare has been spot on

We have recently bought a GL4 for our holiday let in South Wales. From advising me over the phone on which tub to buy, to arranging delivery, answering… questions I had a long the way and the team who came to install the tub everyone was really friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
I’m really pleased with the end result and find the online videos very helpful.
I would definitely recommend The Hot Tub Superstore and plan to use them again in the future.

Poor Customer Service. Ordered new cover February due to be delivered 4th June now 11 weeks past that date and still no cover. Told us they would keep us updated it is us that has done the chasing. One excuse after another from them. Don’t think they are been truthful with us. Supposedly held by customs but a coincidence it’s released as soon as… the Container ship that was stuck in the Suez Canal docks in the UK!!! We have a tub we can’t use and do they seem to care absolutely not. Sort yourselves out and tell us the truth you really don’t want me in your showroom

Bought our tub just over a year ago, the whole process was flawless, from the initial sales discussions and advice, through pre-delivery arrangements, delivery and set up, they really gave me confidence that I'd made a good decision. What I think really speaks volumes for them though is their after sales… service, I had an issue with my tub cover, which was resolved really quickly and without fuss through the exchange of photo's and phone discussions; Branden was so helpful and exceeded my expectations on resolution of the issue. From our first visit to view the master spa range, right through to delivery & installation, we have experienced great service from the Hot Tub Superstore. We opted for the Legend 7, and this is a great tub meeting our needs perfectly. It allows for relatively easy water quality management, and provides a wide range of different spa treatments depending upon your choice of seat. The dual pumps are powerful enough to supply a good strong flow through all jets. We have yet to put any music through the speakers but have no doubt these will also live up to expectations, having heard another spa.

Absolutely super company and product!! From the fist call, to customer services to the installation chaps, Jake and Connor (who were superb!), the experience has been amazing. Price was extremely competitive, and the tub, we bought the Bermuda, is very good quality. Best decision we've made. Don't go anywhere else...I researched for ages and struck gold!

Had a hot tub installed today by Abs and Karla and we are extremely impressed. They had to remove a gate and guttering to fit the hot tub into the garden so we didn't have to use a crane. They got everything… setup perfectly even with our tricky spacings and everything was left very tidy and clean. They were friendly and explained everything so it was easy to understand. We are delighted with the service and would advise anyone to use them. 10/10.

From start to finish, super service! We knew what we wanted after doing much research on tubs, aftercare, costs. We did lots of homework and opted for the Evolution 8. Master Spas and worldwide reviews gave us the confidence we were looking for. Not so much a party tub for us but therapy tub due to too many injuries! It's ideal for both and I find it so relaxing for my aches and pains. Makes a fantastic all round family tub also! Kids love it!
