A side-mounted filter housing is now placed at the end of the swimming area so that the floating area is wider. Versatile use, a perfect combination for swimming and children's paddling.
The new Rio Grande W-Flow swim spa is the result of a long development process. It is the perfect combination of a well-equipped spa and a swimming pool used as gym equipment suitable for a complete workout. The inner width of the swim area is almost 2 meters, its length is 314 cm. In a traditional swim spa, the user has to switch on/off the pumps manually for finding the proper water flow which fits their fitness level.
A typical delivery should be straightforward provided you have a minimum of 1 metre access without any obstructions such as meter boxes, soil pipes, window ledges and other such obstructions. Great place would highly recommend , Dave was very patient and professional I'm not one who likes parting with my money so asked him every question going and he was great, very fast delivery and delivered at the weekend the insulation guy's were great (watch out for the singing one get your ear plugs ready 😂) and i must say the after sales service is great if you need anything.

Went to visit the showroom in Greasby and the staff there were totally uninterested in discussing my needs when I tried to engage was basically seen as an inconvenience.
In the end the staff turned away from me and started discussing something else entirely and I ended up just walking out of the store as there was no interest from the staff to try and engage with me or my partner.
We had specifically traveled (50+ miles) to discuss Wellis spa’s as they were listed as a premium partner but from my experience this couldn’t have been further from the truth.
I will be following up with Wellis

We recently bought our hot tub (Malaga Premium) from 'The Hot Tub Place', we decided to buy local and we so glad we did, dealing with Dave and Al and the rest of the team there has been great, communication throughout the whole process has been fantastic. Luckily the hot tub we wanted was in stock and delivered very quickly (via crane), we are so happy with our new purchase and look forward to using it as much as possible, its good to know that should we have any issues in the future, Al and his team there will be on hand, even if just to give some friendly advise.

Anyone thinking of a hot tub I can highly recommend this place , al was brilliant, told him everything I needed and he pointed me in the right direction of which tub to choose , delivery and installation was professional, and any questions I had and calls I made were always returned with the answers I needed , I had a minor problem with my tub during the lockdown but al still managed to send an engineer out to sort it for me no problems, hot tons can be expensive and so you need to deal with a proper company that knows there stuff and also is reputable and trustworthy, the hot tub place is all

Purchased hot tub from this company, was expecting delivery next week but got a call to say it is in and they could deliver today.. We had already explained that thete are access issues and that it would have to come through the neighbours garden and over the wall etc. This review is aimed at theb2 guys who delibered. They went beyond the call of duty to ensure it was delivered and put into its correct position. What normally would have been a straightforward 30 minute job endded up 4 hours. They waited until builders came to nake access bigger so that the tub could be put into situ. Under normal

Our new Malaga hot tub arrived yesterday and today we spent the day with the family enjoying it.

After searching for what seems like years we finally decided on a place to purchase our Fiji Hot tub and are we glad we bought from Alistair at the hot tub place in Wallasey.
