PMX7, the latest version of our letting and management software, can take you effortlessly from marketing and letting the property, through management and maintenance to administering the money and client accounts.
The letting administration section is designed to aid the process of letting a property from the instruction stage through to the installation of the tenant. Property Information: Holds the details of each property including any stipulations of the landlord. Property lists, general property lists, available property lists, personalised lists to selected applicants, new tenancy lists, properties by promotional source, specially tailored lists.
The PMX Management module will manage everything from Check In to Check Out and you will know exactly what is happening every step of the way. It leads you through the rent collection, regular checks, inspections, safety checks and diary items. The system holds data on properties including details of landlord, tenants, contacts and banking data.
The PMX accounting module enables you to keep track of all transactions through your Client Account. The Standard Accounts module contains the basic features required for collecting rents and deposits, paying for repairs, producing landlord statements and monitoring fee income. Making entries in the Day Book is similar to entering transactions in a manual Day Book or Cash Book.
