The Status Point team designed a computer application to replace the use of paper forms for storing dental records. Status Point has sold dental software to dentists in England and Wales since 1983. During the period since, there have been many changes in practice management, with the most significant being the increasing influence and importance of national regulations.
Practice management software until recently has been involved mainly with 'patient data management' rather than 'practice management'. Now, the increasing impact of new regulations has required practice management to be concerned with practice compliance as well. In consequence the time has come to integrate patient and compliance management in one software application.
The software we provide now is designed to satisfy these requirements in a simple and direct manner.
