Ronnie initially helped me over the telephone and offered further assistance when I visited the shop in person.
The honest and professional service I received was second to none. Both Ronnie and Simon went the extra mile to make sure they resolved my concerns. I can honestly say they have restored my faith in the shopping experience.

I have been refurbishing my front door and needed new hardware as well as replacement handles for a second door. The service that I received from Ronnie during my numerous visits has been absolutely second to none and his advice was invaluable! He could not have been more helpful, polite, efficient or friendly and he went out of his way to source exactly the right items for me.
