As I'd used this company in the past I decided to call them up again 9 years later for an upgrade to a couple of windows. I must've rang them half a dozen times each time being told by the receptionist someone will call you back but each time no one did even after complaining. I have now lost trust in this company as they can't keep their word! Maybe they are only interested if you're doing the whole house not just an odd window. Again what does that tell you about them?
