Carousel Windows are a local manufacturer and installer of UPVC windows, doors and conservatories using the Liniar, lead free, high quality sculptured PVCu system. We also have a large range of Bi-Fold doors (Folding sliding doors) and replacement PVCu fascias, soffits and gutters.
We have a workspace of 4000 square feet which comprises of factory and offices. We offer a variety of styles and designs in white, cream and woodgrain (rosewood & golden oak) PVCu plus the option of woodgrain outside and white inside. All our frames are energy efficient with the latest security features utilising hook-locks, deadbolts, high security door locks etc.
We offer georgian, leaded, bevelled and coloured leaded glass and for those with existing leaded windows we can encapsulate the existing design, retaining the original appearance of the property. Conservatories form an important part of our business and we supply and install more than 50 conservatories per year.

Manufacturing and installing PVCu windows, doors and conservatories is our main activity using using 'A' rated energy efficient lead free "Liniar" fully sculptured profile. We are a family business comprising of three installation teams and five fabricators plus three people on sales and admin. We have built up this business over the years from 1991 and are now at the level we need to be.

Carousel windows fit my doors and windows initially in 2016 . They provided an excellent service at the time from providing the initial quote to installation. This week, 5 years later , we developed a very minor problem ,we phoned carousel for advise, they sent Ash out the next day , who resolved the problem with no charge. Can 100% recommend them.

We spoke to Chris at carousel about getting a conservatory in last year and whilst it took a while to get it fitted they did do a really good job. Is recommend them to my friends.
The people at carousel and their contractors are really polite, hard working, pleasant and tidy up as the go along.
We now use or conservatory every day and the bi-folding doors that they fitted are great.
My only criticism is that I feel that they could communicate more when problems did come up. I know they have a lot on and a lot of complexity but that would have made the service even better.

I first approached Carousel about five years ago when the double glazed panel in my kitchen window had failed. They gave me a very reasonable price for a replacement panel but pointed out that, for not much more, I could have the frame replaced too. I opted for that and they did a very quick, neat job.
In the Autumn of 2018 I approached Carousel about replacing the rest of my windows. Their quote was the best of three I obtained and there was no pressure sales - “sign today and we can do it for this price” or “I’ll phone my boss and see what he can knock off the price”

2nd time using Carousel and again no complaints, ordered windows last week and fit 1 week later which was much quicker than we expected. The windows are excellent quality and the fitters have installed to a very high standard. Very efficient service from start to finish and I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting new windows or doors.
Also much cheaper than some of the other companies out there.

I had my windows and doors fitted by this company. All was well until one of the windows broke. Steve Lister (the owner) sent someone to my house when I was out. No phone call, no text, nothing. Then when I rang him to find out when someone would come to fix the window, he shouted down the phone at me! He told me it was my fault a for not being home and that if I wanted my windows fixed, I'd have to pay for it. He didn't listen to a word I had to say and just carried on shouting and put the phone down on me. I was truely shocked. He was so polite when he came to organise the fitting and taking

Absolutey amazing service from start to finish. cannot thank carousel enough for the work they carried out.I wanted a window taking out and french doors putting in so I have access to the back garden for my severely disabled son this was done and is perfect.I also wanted a window putting in my concrete shed again perfect. Staff are polite hard working and do the job to a high spec. will recommend carousel to everyone I know. very very happy customer had work done previously and was highly delighted with what I had done. Thank you for making life so much better for my son. highly recommended
