I was after some quality timber to complete a bespoke fencing project so came here to check out what they had.
This place isn't too hard to find and is quite a pleasant drive off the main road through the wood. The site is pretty well laid out so it was simple enough to find what I was after. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable which was great.
We placed an order the next day over the phone and it was delivered that same week which was excellent.
Although the cost was at the higher end of what I wanted to pay I'm really very happy with the quality of the wood so I've no complaints

Right from the beginning to the end the customer service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble.
The order over the phone was easy, the person taking the order very polite and efficient, everything was checked correctly, when I needed to change the item last minute- there wasn't any trouble.
The delivery was great, the female driver very efficient and professional, right on time, and again no problems to unload in the place I requested. And the fence panels are just as we wanted. Great value for the price.
I would definitely recommend the company.
