Amazing customer service, lovely staff and brilliant after care! The customising service is awesome with no hassle and they deliver what they say. Had few issues with my order as I didn't know what chimney I had, staff noticed this on delivery and ordered me the correct fire without any trouble. Can't recommend enough!

Delivered on the date agreed and fitted by their installer Eddie the following week. Installation wasn’t as simple as I initially thought. Eddie had to brick up the opening a brick course either side. All done without any mess, perfect, thank you guys. Would defo recommend this company. 5* service

We received excellent customer service. As individuals that did not know much about fireplaces, Shaan patiently and enthusiastically informed us about our options and answered all our of lengthy enquires. He gave us timely responses and was extremely helpful. We highly recommend inspirational fireplaces and would definitely stay in touch for any future endeavour. We really appreciate the guidance we received which allows us to have a fireplace which we are very proud of and stands as a central point of our house.
