Really helpful knowledgeable staff! We've just had our gas fire replaced with a modern electric one and Stuart was really helpful with explaining our options. Fitted really quickly with hardly any mess too! Well worth a visit to their showroom! Went in today to order a new fire and fireplace. Absolutely wonderful guys who could not help us enough and the prices and quality are amazing.

Keep going up the A41 untill you see HUGHES electrical store turn left at HUGHES this is Middlemore Road. We are only 2 minutes from junction 1 off the M5 follow the A41 towards Birmingham go past the West Bromwich Albion ground on your right.

Just had a browse, nice friendly chap showed me around, and gave me a booklet to look at, prices only in the shop, not in the booklet, loads to choose from, lots of remote control fires, and log burner effect fires. Car parking is tight, so only go in 1 car. 3 small showrooms with a fantastic leather patchwork settee to chill out and "watch" a few fires. Just got to choose one now 🤔

I found Fireplace Factory Direct on the Internet and although I do not live locally, I decided to ring them anyway. Much to my surprise I found that they would deliver to me.

What an amazing service and amazing products.
I stumbled upon Fireplace factory within google. I called up and spoke to Stuart, such a helpful and fantastic guy. I dropped by and checked out the fireplaces he had.
I actually needed to buy 2 so spoke to Stuart and he gave me a great deal on a couple of Bostons.
I arranged for the engineer to come and install. I was given a date very quickly and the engineer came and installed the gas pipes and then came to install the fireplaces.
The engineers came and installed the fireplaces and they did such an amazing job. So professional and quick.

Excellent service from start to finish. Stuart was patient and accommodating especially as I kept changing my specifications ! The fireplace was custom made to my own design and included the insert, fire and hearth. Gary and Stuart did an excellent job fitting, which in itself wasn't without a few issues.
