From beginning to end, it was an exceptional experience. Surj visited to assess our current fireplace and offered fantastic suggestions. Lee, the fitter, efficiently removed the old fireplace and installed the new one without leaving a trace of mess. The final outcome is flawless, and we would undoubtedly return if we plan to update other rooms in the house. Highly recommend to anyone considering a new fireplace purchase. Thanks to the team!

Many thanks to serj & his team at walsall fireplaces after visiting 3 gas fire showrooms in willenhall wolverhampton & aldridge and making several phone calls with no returned calls i was getting very frustrated i saw walsall fires on line i popped into the shop explained my previous exsperiances & what fire i wanted they said they would be in touch much to my suprise i had a call plus a visit to my house i ordered the fire it has been installed all within 3 weeks this was after being messed around by others for 3months again many thanks to serj and his team first class team brilliant exsperiance

After considering our options all of which Surj helped us look into, we chose a log burner to take the place of an open fire.
The stove not only looks great but does an amazing job.

Had a gas fire fitted 8th September 2021. I just want to say it's fantastic it looks just like the coal fire did. I would also add that the two fitters where brilliant as the gas pipe was not there but they sorted it and to be fair you cannot see the gas pipe to fire they took time to do a fantastic job. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you.

At the beginning of the year I had the pleasure of purchasing my gas fire and surround from Walsall Fireplaces, right from the beginning the experience was a total pleasure, we entered the shop to find an array of beautiful fires and surrounds (spoilt for choice) we were greeted by Surj who was polite, professional and friendly, as we looked around there was no pressure from him, although he was there if we had any queries and then he would leave us to continue looking. We left the shop to consider our options and returned a few weeks later again no pressure, we decided on the fire and surround
