Excellent from start to finish. Great advice from Phil when we visited the showroom, we had been to others which bore no comparison. Easy decision, pleasant transaction, no nonsense, gave us a date well in advance, excellent fitter Scott. Not the cheapest but we enjoyed the transaction and have a great installation with no mess and peace of mind. Absolutely Recommended.

Sadly a very poor experience based on awful fitters, back and forth for 8 weeks being passed off between retailer and manufacturer
to decide who was at fault. Owner phil rarely called me back when he said he would, the fire was taken out at least 3 times before being replaced and finally fitted by an expert fitter Scott. The owner phil is amenable and polite but things do not move fast and for £1700 we had alot of errors with the bad initial fitting
Be careful who you get as fitters and definitely shop around as i wouldn't buy here again.
In the time that this took to put right I had a new

Excellent service throughout the whole process from point of order to completion of installation. Phil came out to advise on design, measured up and gave us a competitive quote. Phil also assisted with our request to complete the install in a short time frame. Tom and Neil carried out the installation. It really was a pleasure dealing with Tom and Neil. They were very competent and efficient throughout the installation. They worked non stop and completed the installation in an impressive time. Therefore we would recommend Phil and his team to any prospective customers looking for a new fireplace

Excellent service from these guys, we were in the middle of renovating a bungalow, we explained to Phil what we wanted to do with the chimney breast. Phil advised us on a fire & surround he also said they could do the boarding, arch doorway & plastering this saving time & effort getting different trades people in to do the work. Scott repaired the brick chimney & did all the boarding on day one, the plasterer came on day two & Scott came back to fit the fire & surround on day three. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

Fabulous service from an amazing experience in the showroom, was left to browse without being felt under pressure. Excellent service by Scott who fitted the fire, Dave the builder and Jake the plasterer and not forgetting Lisa in the showroom. Phil the owner kept me updated all the time on every step. I could not recommend Phil his team or the company enough for a fire to complete your living room, in fact I have already recommended them. Thank you for completing our living room.

Excellent from start to finish. Whilst in the process of building renovation works we approached Norton Canes Fireplaces to discuss potential design and fireplaces we could build into our entertainment room. We were guided by their Sales Manager (Phil) and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Against aggressive timescales Norton Canes Fireplaces delivered to their promise. The Panoramic fireplace is superb and really sets the scene for our room. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and the fitters were brilliant. Wouldn't recommend this company, they do not issue gas safe certificates, absolute cowboy installers, putting people lives in danger. Chased up sales guy regarding the matter and said they don't issue them, absolute shambles. On top of that the granite shifted over time, and after removing the granite i could see why, hardly any mix used and no bedding pads.

Last July we ordered a hole in the wall gas fire. Cost around £2.5K. Within a week it was installed. Unfortunately due to the poor attitude of this firm when there were problems, we ended up eight months later choosing to pay several hundred pounds to someone unconnected to them to put right the mess. We hung on as long as we could, but one delay and disappointment after another finally wore us down. In the end we simply didn’t trust them to get it right.
