Craig Hanson - you are a disgrace! After spending £19k with pennine Windows/The Real Pennine Windows, I am still waiting for Craig to finish the job, nearly six months after it started. I've even had to pay £1,900 Craig owed to his supplier in order for them to release the remaining bi-fold door while Craig enjoyed his holiday with his family. I do wish Id seen these reviews before dealing with Craig. it would have saved me a lot of time and money! You may also want to know that Craig Hanson is branching in to Car Sales - so be careful!

Absolute useless my father had them to replace doors and windows,one window has a stress fracture.
he has called them 8 times for them to come and sort it out over a period of 4 months ,and they haven't even had the decency to call him back.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS ONCE THEY HAVE GOT YOUR MONEY NOT INTERESTED.

We used this company a few months back. The finish of the product is a joke. I had a friend of mine come to fit the windows. I was told they would be delivered by lunch time. Rang at 12 to be told they were on the way. Rang at 2 to be told they will be there by lunch time. Called at 3 to be told I TOLD YOU LUNCH!
I would say lunch is between maybe 12 and 2. long story short the windows came at 4. My friend was twiddling his thumbs waiting for delivery. The lady on the phone was rude and the quality of the product is shocking

Terrible experience and wish we never knew they existed. After getting paid this company doesn't want to know you. Despite making endless requests we didn't get anywhere and are having to pay someone else to rectify and replace their poor quality windows. Extremely poor customer service.

DO NOT USE! I called 4 weeks ago about a stress fracture in my window, I have been told a number of times that I would be contacted to arrange a time for someone to look at the fault but this never happened.
I called today (only the third time I've chased a cal back) and was told by the woman I spoke to (Siobhan) that since I was impatient she was no longer going to come and fix the window. I'd informed the builder who purchased the windows on our behalf about the fault just to keep him in the loop since he was the person who actually engaged this window fitter but she seemed to take offence to

Undoubtedly the worst customer service ever, Siobhan Watson has a telephone manner that leaves the Cray twins seeming meek. Better suited to the second row or perhaps debt recovery than marketing and advertising.
