Totally amazing! Such good and reliable team. Rang them because I was getting my house renovated they came out straight away, with loads of options for me to pick, measured up and gave me a quote there and then! Told them I was in a rush and needed them asap a week later and they came. Good and professional team did 6 windows and 2 doors looks so much more refreshed and one very happy customer. I have had work done at 2 properties, both times the lads were curtious and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. We had a skypod, french windows, windows , door and cladding done all enhanced our property. Very happy :-)

One star for actually coming out to measure and seemed to talk sense about the job. Since then not a peep. No quote, nothing. Called them three times and got the run-around. Waste of time. Terrible customer service. I will not deal with them ever again or recommend them to anyone. Stay clear.

The back door has never been right from day one. It keeps dropping and does not lock. I have to keep ringing them every day. Keep stalling and saying they are too busy and short staffed. Get appointment booked in and no one turns up. When I ring them again to ask whats happened, I am told that the fitter had to go somewhere else and they have no one else. This has been going on for a few years. When the fitter comes, he does a few adjustments and the next day the door drops and I am back to square one. Asked for a replacement door and was told never in a million years! Avoid this company. Very
