Had a new front door fitted by Thorntons 2 yrs ago and because they were faultless in every way, asked them to fit a new back door just recently. Everything, yet again, was faultless (initial quote process, installation and general customer service). Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Just had some repair work done on an existing leaking wooden window. It was carried out the day after I rang to enquire, during the time slot specified and by very helpful, friendly, efficient, polite and respectful people. It was only a small job but I won't hesitate to use Thorntons again in the future; thanks very much.

I recently had some maintenance work done to the existing windows and was so impressed I felt compelled to write a review to give Thornton Windows the credit they deserve.
Combine concise and transparent pricing, with superb workers and a work ethic that typifies pride in their work, and you have a company here who must be considered.
Many were quoting extortionate rates or took a poor attitude in not wanting to consider the work. The whole approach of Thorntons from start to finish was superb!
