We had some Bifold Doors from Vale, as part of our extension. Less than a year in, the handle is not locking correctly. We tried to contact the fitter, who I believe is contracted to Vale. Arranged for him to attend and repair the handles. He didn't turn up. Mustve phoned him 20 odd times. No answer and no answerphone on his number. So eventually contacted Vale themselves, who said we would get a call back. Still nothing from them. Disgusting customer service and the product is less than a year old. Steer clear.

I walked in today at the Portwood site as a trader to discusss possible contracts. There was 7 maybe 8 workers sat at there desks who continued there conversations. 4 or 5 people made eye contact with me at different times but as I went to speak they turned away. No matter if you want my business or not, there is no reason for any company to be this rude and unwelcoming and to leave you stood there feeling stupid. Disgrace
