Lovely french doors, however the whole experience soured by the fact they are now selling my exact door spec for £450 less than I paid 3 months ago (I paid £2600).
When I questioned this well over a month ago I was told they were priced incorrectly due to "using the old pricing system", but will be changed to use the "new pricing system" now that I have pointed it out.
Today the doors are still the same cheaper price, and other doors which they sell haven't had their prices changed since 2017 to reflect any wage or materials increase, which I was also told was another reason for price changes

Had a lovely acoya door made. The builders working on our home fitted it as part of a bigger job and didn't do the best job. The door was sticking and the builders blamed Reddish windows. RW came out free of charge and helped to fix the door, without any charge, even though it was not their fault. They wouldn't accept any further payment and we were very grateful. Fantastic small business.

Best quality wooden windows and doors I came across, on time, helpful staff, good prices for good quality product. They deliver, install, glaze. I recommend this family business to my customers with confidence. I will use them again soon. My front door is dated and I love what they make in solid oak.

Thanks to Simon and the team at Reddish who supplied 2 sets of french doors and a sash window for our new porch. The bespoke nature of the product at a very reasonable price is what attracted us and throughout the process we had 'sign off' opportunities on drawings whilst slight revisions were able to be incorporated.
We are so pleased with the products, all of which are all well made and built to exacting standards, with size and quality as promised. Since installation we have only had positive comments from friends and family with many neighbours taking Reddish's details from us after admiring
