OER stoves are British manufactured and designed to offer a comprehensive choice. All stoves models are available with two optional leg heights, magnetic handle options and enamel door colours. Choose from white, grey, red, black and duck egg blue enamel colours to suit your fireplace and home dcor.

We are very happy with our tivoli fireplace from OER. The difference it has made to our living room is unbelievable . We went From an old gas fire with huge oak and marble surround that completely overwhelmed… the room to the sleek modern fireplace in the pictures . Our living room is bigger and lighter and the result is stunning. The fireplace is very well made and the company provides excellent service and installation. We are spoilt for choice what colour to have our fire at night.

Just had my old gas fire removed and a refit for a gas log burner. Absolutely overwhelmed with the final result. Professional service from the sales right through to install and completion. One of the logs were… split and these were sorted and replaced with no hesitation, so 100% service throughout the whole process. A great showroom with lots of choice and support in helping you choose if unsure on colour etc. Would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending OER.

Thank you to the team at OER for a fantastic experience of transitioning from a working coal fire to a new Flavel log burner. We loved visiting the showroom and choosing from a large range of stock. (The showroom was easy to socially distance and COVID secure.) The staff (Richard and Lynn) were very helpful and shared useful tips. There is lots of choice and the log burner designs are a mixture of modern to classic. We were impressed with the fitter Karl and his team worked well to install a few weeks after we bought it. We are looking forward to lighting it and would highly recommend.

We bought the OER ICON fireplace.
John helped us to choose the right fireplace and allowed for custom deviations in size at no extra cost. Also, he sent us colour samples to match the rest of the room.
The communication and service both before and after we ordered is superb and the design and quality of the fireplace puts a smile on our face, even a month after we had it installed.
We can highly recommend OER fireplaces if you are looking for a high quality product and excellent customer service.

We visited the OER showroom, on the recommendation of a friend, when we were looking for a new fireplace.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and their knowledge of the products was extensive.
Communication with us regarding the order was very good, and the fitters, Joe and Tom, were excellent.
We did have an issue with the mantel shelf, a manufacturing fault, but a replacement was quickly ordered for us and duly fitted.
We are very happy with our new fireplace, and also with the service we received, and would most definitely recommend OER to others.
