We have over 150 fireplaces and fires on display over 3 levels. They are well presented and well dressed. We are very proud of our displays and have been repeatedly praised for our style and presentation. We offer a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere and guarantee a visit to our showroom will be worthwhile!
We offer a large range of fireplaces, made by one of the reputable manufacturers we deal with or by ourselves! The fireplaces can be made the correct size to suit your room and in the correct style and colour to suit you. We supply fireplaces in several different materials - of which can be viewed before the fireplace is made - this is to ensure customer satisfaction!
We offer an excellent range of fires. Our fireplaces can be designed to suit almost any type of fire. Alternatively you may be interested in just a fire: Wall mounted or to suit an existing fireplace; Gas, Electric, Solid Fuel or a Stove. Either way, we have a wide range on display - these are only a small selection.

We wanted a local company to install a new fireplace and, having found exactly what we wanted in the Swindells showroom, we were happy to entrust them with the work, based on their customer reviews and the long-standing local presence. The pre-sales service from Branca was reassuringly competent and showed her impressive depth of knowledge about the products. However, the installation experience did not quite live up to our expectations. The fitters arrived on the agreed date and at the agreed time, were tidy, and the fire works well at the moment - these are the positives. However, the replacement

A family firm that takes pride in their work from start to finish. Happy to let you wander around the showroom to your hearts content without offering the help you sometimes don't want!
The fitters came when they said they would and set about fitting the fire without fuss. They made very little mess but what mess they made was swept up and removed to the bin before they left. From the showroom to the fitters, everyone was pleasant, polite and most importantly, very good at their job. Definitely a firm to be recommended.

No hassle sales pitch, all options were explained before being left to browse the showroom. once we had made our choice a free home visit was arranged to survey our existing fire/chimney for suitability.
Appointment & survey was carried out efficiently and on time.
It was explained that we may need a new cowl on the chimney, but that would not be known until the new gas fire was fitted and tested.
We then received a no obligation quote which we accepted. The order was placed and installation date was arranged.
