Bought this lovely inset from spark fireplaces 😍 both staff extremely helpful, went out of the way to collect a fire from another store so I could have before Xmas ☃️ 14 different coloring flames various setting to change flames & fuel bed, heats the room in seconds so glad I nipped in 🧡

We have a Gazco fire and a fireplace we inherited when we purchased our house.The previous owners informed us that these had been supplied by Sparks Fireplaces in Stockport.
The fire is extremely efficient
Unfortunately last night I accidentally dropped the remote control for the fire on a hard surface resulting in it damaging the LED screen irreparably.
I called in to Sparks today and was although I did not have the serial number for the fire Julie was able to locate this from records on file and thereby able to supply me with a replacement remote.
I cannot thank Julie enough for A1 customer

We recently purchased our lovely new fireplace and definitely wanted to leave some positive feedback on this company. The service was great, very friendly and professional. Alan was very chatty and knowledgable, he answered all our questions, that helped us to make our decision on which fire we wanted. There was no heavy sales pitch and we did not feel pushed. We placed our order and everything came when they said it would. The fitters on the day were lovely too, also very friendly and professional. All in all we were very happy. Just had the Monica limestone fireplace fitted with granite slips and hearth and I’m delighted with the results. Excellent service and guidance from start to finish. Really large selection of beautiful fires and surrounds. Competitive prices. Fitters friendly and did a good job of installation. After visiting three local shops Sparks were the cheapest with the biggest range for a very fussy customer. Guidance post installation on applying the protective… liquid which is easy to apply (this is optional but I would highly recommend with kids and pets). Pre site survey ensures everything goes to plan. Wrong size hearth delivered on the day, the reason I mention this is because mistakes will happen but

Fabulous family run business, extreme care taken with everything. Alan and Julie are very experienced at finding out exactly what you are looking for, and do there utmost to help you achieve it. They soon lock… into your imagination, nothing is too much trouble.Very efficient in these difficult times, keeping you informed all the way through. Our fire fitter was Tom. He did his best to keep the mess to a minimum, cleaning up after himself. He was fast and efficient, and on time, qualities that appeal to everyone. Thank you for my wonderful fireplace.

What a fantastic, friendly and professional service, from start to finish. Allen Gent was informative and very patient with our family as we camped in front of his fires in the showroom!! On the basis of our experience we would not hesitate to recommend Spark Fireplaces. Allan and Julie were helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Allan guided us through the complicated business of choosing the appropriate fire and surround - who knew how much there is to think of! We had an idea of what we thought we wanted, but with Spark's technical help and knowledge of the market we ended up with something slightly different - and much better.

Great service from start to finish. We must have visited half a dozen other providers but Alan was the only one who could do a large electric fire without the need to build a false chimney breast. The limestone colour and quality is amazing. Looks perfect in our new home. Also a big thanks to SA Kendall for the fitting.
