For a fee of 50.00 we open up your chimney and place smoke pellets inside the chimney, completely check the chimney stack from the base to the termination point; We let the customer know at this stage if a liner is required. The lit smoke pellets placed in the chimney will find any small gap or opening which will leave the customer in no doubt.

I have been with them for many years and they look after my fireplace on a year basis for service and maintenance.
Dealt with all of Richard’s team throughout the years. Easy people to deal with, always reliable and professional. They recently helped me to order a burner as my old one kept on giving me little problems. They handled everything from measuring the dimensions to installing! So happy with their service!

Fireplace Fitters were fantastic, from concept to completion!
I had an idea for a slate fireplace, Gemma was happy to discuss this, research options and discuss the pros and cons. With her help and advice we settled on a slate surround, contrasting slate chamber and honed granite front and back hearth. She was with me all the way and ever so patient as I explored the options and finally made a decision. We had delays through lockdown but finally got to keep a date for the widening of the fireplace and then the installation.
The 2 man team who did the work were considerate and cleaned up well

These people were amazing, from the advice they gave before I even bought my fireplace (from someone else, obvs, as they don't supply fireplaces, only fit them) and the engagement and case management in the run-up to the fitting, to the installation itself and the follow-up. Am a very experienced shopper and my experience with suppliers of other elements of my house refurb has been very mixed, to put it charitably, with some being totally hopeless. This was seriously professional and a really smooth, delightful experience from start to finish. Couldn't ask for more. Price was also in line with
