The two workers were extremely professional. Took a couple minutes to fix my chimney flu without charging for it. Explained current condition of chimney crown and repaired/sealed it same day. Seemed very knowledgeable and would recommend them to anyone. Much more reasonable than other quotes I received and didn't try to sell me on things that weren't needed.

I called, they picked up on the second ring. This was back in mid November. Made an apptmnt for next avail 12/06 Fri @ 12:00pm. Two gentlemen showed up in uniform at 11:50am and began setting up, inspecting the chimney, laying drop clothes, moving furnature. They thoroughly cleaned the chimney with a spinning bit on a pole. Later they vacuumed everything up, wiped surfaces. Told me chimney was in good clean shape and wasn't too dirty. They had a pamphlet showing the chimney construction and what they did. Cost $200.83 or so total. My chimney is 19ft tall single wood burning fire place in a home

They were fast and clean! For the amount of ashes and dirt they were cleaning out of my wood stove I thought for sure there would be a mess, but they had equipment that kept everything extremely tidy and clean. This was the 2nd year we had them back and we will continue to use them each year! Also their admin who handles scheduling is very prompt and kind. She called right back and scheduling was within 1-2 weeks of my call.
