The two workers were extremely professional. Took a couple minutes to fix my chimney flu without charging for it. Explained current condition of chimney crown and repaired/sealed it same day. Seemed very knowledgeable and would recommend them to anyone. Much more reasonable than other quotes I received and didn't try to sell me on things that weren't needed.

They were fast and clean! For the amount of ashes and dirt they were cleaning out of my wood stove I thought for sure there would be a mess, but they had equipment that kept everything extremely tidy and clean. This was the 2nd year we had them back and we will continue to use them each year! Also their admin who handles scheduling is very prompt and kind. She called right back and scheduling was within 1-2 weeks of my call.
