At Abbey Gas we do everything possible to ensure that we offer the best price and most reliable and professional service possible. 1 - Your existing boiler has 12 inch clearance around the terminal and is a round, horizontal model. 2 - The gas pipe is the correct size. 3 - Your boiler must be close to a wastewater pipe or water pipe gulley in order that the condensate waste can be properly disposed of.

First class gas heating system renewal, competitively priced, took out an ageing loft mounted boiler system that was badly installed by others years ago which was getting more of a worry by the day, Abbey Gas installed new boiler in much better room location with minimum of fuss & upheaval.
Result is a reliable boiler & heating system that now fully works with impressive warranty period that comes with using Abbey Gas as a recognised Baxi installer, any teething problems post install were promptly resolved at no extra charge, roof flue from old boiler had made a mess of roof which leaked rain
