From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Jordan and the team. We asked to replace our old boiler and hot tank with a combi and relocate upstairs.
The finished product could not have been installed any more professionally. Everything was explained to us in detail meaning we had complete confidence in the work that was being carried out.

Jordan did a great job servicing the boiler for us. I was using a larger company with a care package to service the boiler but all they did was a few checks and cleaned the front. Jordan explained all he was doing and the importance of a thorough service. It looked like the filters hadn’t been cleaned since the boiler was installed and that was causing damage to internal parts... Thanks again Jordan.

Jordan and his team fitted 10 radiator valves, installed Hive thermostat and serviced our boiler to an excellent standard. Jordan also located and fixed an annoying leak from the shower, and did it quickly and efficiently with minimal fuss or mess. With their high quality service, great communication and excellent value I can't recommend Videtta highly enough.

Overall I had an excellent experience with Videtta and would use them again.
Digging a little deeper, the pricing was competitive in comparison to others plumbers, the lead plumber (Mass) was very knowledgeable and Jordan (the boss man) responded quickly to any queries I had.

Jordan really cares about his work and it shows. He's reliable, quick to respond and always found the time to do the little jobs for us, especially when he was so busy. They went out of their way to make sure that all work was done with the greatest of care, ensuring that our antiquated system was fully removed and refreshed with new piping and equipment, in an extremely competent, economic and professional manner.
They even successfully diagnosed a major time-consuming infrastructural problem with the utmost of perseverance (without any fuss) - I highly commend them for this.
