Leather Sofa World

I love my new bed!! Looked for a bed for months in the black Friday/ January sales but nothing came close to the value of this company. I paid far less than I thought I was going to have to and I love my bed. Messaged them a couple of times to ask questions and got responses within a couple of days and it was all nice and easy. I will deffinately order from them again!

Came across by chance after doing all of the major retailers, DFS, Cousins, etc, etc, choice and prices were really good. Glad we went there.

We actually drove past this place and then came back to it. It was worth it come take a look for yourself It's massive they have different style of sofas and dinning tables
To clocks,mirrors,wall deco ect.
They didn't have what I was looking for but I enjoyed the walk around.
Great will pop in again.

Absolutely shocking service , missed my delivery slot and then set my sofa to My house with a sub contractor , one man he left my sofa outside and was rude to my girlfriend and ignored the phone to me when I called. would be nice if he apologies but hay ho you live and learn , ide avoid this place at all cost.

Even 1 star is to much, came in the store today for the first time and upon entering the customer service was absolutely Disgusting not a single welcome or greet, walked around the showroom and i did like a few things but no one bothered approaching to help as we left the didn’t even seem bothered clearly to much money and they love a good gossip instead of welcoming new customers and helping them ! 5 people at the front and not single how can i help i mean go back to school and learn the basics for anyone looking to go don’t waste your time !

My fiance and I bought lovely sofa's last week, but as was not suited at that time, we asked kindly if we can change our sofas and they did , we are happy with the new sofa's and excellent service good quality sofa's too , men even assembled it for us ,so we kindly gave them a tip for there excellent work thank you much appreciated 😀👍

If I could leave zero stars then I would, I cannot say how disappointed I am regarding the sofa we bought from here. We are 10 days down the line the cushions are completely misshapen and ruined and wood pushing through everywhere. We spent 400 odd quid on this sofa, and today have just had to fork out another 500 for a replacement. Returns only accepted if still in packaging, who is going to get a sofa and not unwrap it. Delivery was smooth and fast can't fault that but the quality is SHOCKING!

We bought a corner sofa from here. Was a cheap on at 408 quid including delivery. We weren't expecting something incredible for that price. But what we got looks good but has zero comfort factor. The cushions may as well be filled with newspaper as they have lost all support within 10 days. The frame and base are quite sturdy but the lack of comfort and quality padding in the cushions make it a 2 star review.
I get it was cheap and you get what you pay for but you would expect a level of comfort.
Can't fault the dispatch and delivery time as we ordered it and recieved it within three weeks.

Excellent service ,the only problem I had was the sofa wasn't delivered on the due date planned, I had to contact sofa world to find out the reason why there was no delivery. In the end it all worked out fine as they offered to loan me a sofa.☺️
Then after 7 days they called to let me know my new sofa had arrived and was ready for delivery. They delivered the original settee 7 days later and took away the loaned settee with no hassle. The delivery guys were very carefull as we had the lounge refitted. I would highly recommend leather world 😛

We bought 3 + 2 reclining leather sofas in may 2014 from leather sofa world. We even bought 5 years accidental and structural warranty. Now its over 1 year since we are complaining about cuts appearing on edges and now they are torn and look terrible. All we get is, we've ordered the fabric, its coming But we are still waiting for more than one year. We cant even sell the sofas in this condition as no one will buy it. We are just stuck with these embarrassing torn sofas.
I would recommend DO NOT buy from them because its crap faux leather sofas which don't even last one year!
