We pride ourselves on providing sofas that are all handmade in the UK meaning there isn't any batch producing and each sofa is made with great amounts of love, care and attention. This is a couple of pictures of a completely custom built sofa for one of our customers and it only took 3 weeks from order to delivery.
2 pictures in our factory and 2 in the customers home. I saw their ad on Facebook at about 6 pm and i saw a sofa set which was on offer that i liked and i enquired if it was still available and i was informed that it was, so i placed the order and the sofa set was delivered to me before 11am the next day, it was a very competitive price and they also did free delivery.

Ordered bed frame, bedside table , dressing table and sideboard mid/end of May. Bedside table and sideboard received in 2-3 weeks and was promised everything else will be received by latest 19/07/2021. Nothing came and there was no communication from shop and delivery department at all.Called many time and was promised a call back with explanation from Steve which never happened. So had to go there physically today and been told upon investigation that it’s not confirmed till mid September. More then 4 months for a bed frame that’s disgusting and Very disappointing.

Delivery men complained when we asked for the sofa bed to be taken upstairs to a bedroom. Said the shop assistant should have told us it was not meant for a bedroom. Their attitude was very disappointing ' told them not to unpack the sofa bed as just wanted them out of the house.
Subsequently complained which was a waste of time as all the MD said was - YOU ARE THE PROBLEM.
