Service was terrible, product was terrible and not what I ordered and the excuse was that they don't do that anymore!!!! But advertise it on the website and took my money and nothing was said. It was only when it was delivered did we notice its not the same as advertised. We were offered £50 off which rose to £100 off something we didn't want!!!
Delivery is a joke and every excuse is used as to why it takes longer than stated.

I've had to give 1 star so as I could write this review, which I'm only doing so people don't go through what I have with this company. On the 16th October 2020 I bought and paid for a reclining sofa and chair. In December after numerous emails I managed to get the sofa, as I had nothing to sit on ( I'm disabled which they know)...
Condensed..I was told that I'd receive the chair in February 2021, didn't happen. Then March 2021..I had to email them,

Stay away from this company. Within 3 months had to have the corner section of my sofa replaced and within a year the sofa completely fell apart with all the stitching coming undone. Customer service is rubbish they don't even bother to call you back. Worst sofa I have ever bought.
Update: received a message from them after I wrote this review asking me to give them all my details so they could help with the problem. It's been 6 weeks and still no reply after various emails and phone calls. Absolute joke of a company 👍

Simply Stylish Sofas called to say they don't have the sofa I ordered in stock (not a problem given we're in the middle of a pandemic) and asked would I like a different one instead. I said I'd discuss the alternative sofa with my husband and call them back with an answer. Over the last month I've made seven phone calls, sent two emails, and filled out and sent two contact form entries to say no thank you, and to ask for a refund. I've had no response from them after first attempting contact a month ago. I would give up except they took the money out of my account the day after I placed the order

My partner still waiting to hear back after a week of trying to get in touch to confirm an order which we placed but not received any confirmation, delivery time etc? but payment has been taken. Tried emailing, calling daily but just getting through to a answer machine stating for you to email in any queries, on another number I have tried, getting a message to leave a voice mail but the voice mail box full and has been for over a week !! so leaving this message in the hope that someone might give a damn about customer service which in my humble opinion is an absolute joke and contact their customers

I can honestly say I was extremely impressed with the whole service from Simply Stylish Sofas. I had searched the web for an orange settee because the settee was for my sister who is autistic and absolutely loves the colour orange. I found one on Simply Stylish Sofas website so went into the store to have a closer look. Johnathon was very helpful without being pushy, he left me to look at two different sofas and didn't hassle me at all to buy but the one was perfect and so I ordered it. I was phoned by Steve to tell me when it was ready for delivery and when the delivery men brought it - Daniel

Found Simply Stylish Sofas while shopping online and took a trip down to the showroom. Really good choice to view and friendly staff working there. Wasn't pushy at all and was told they aren't on commission which I really liked as they were more interested in my needs. Had delivery today of the Belfast recliners. Really really happy :-)
