1. Delivery charges are for UK Mainland only, for Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wightand Channel Islands please call for appropriate rates. Delivery can only be to the card holders address unless good are paid for by bank transfer. 2. Radiators are labelled as heavy and require reasonably fit people to be available when being delivered.
Making your template could not be easier, use the diagram shown below and fill in the required boxes or make a wallpaper one yourself. Place the wallpaper on the floor on the bay as if fitting a carpet and cut along the skirting board or plasterline. Templates for angling must state whether the template is taken to the skirting board or plasterline.

I last used Simon for a curved radiator I installed in 2006 which is still going strong. Now I have another curved radiator (not from The Radiator Factory) that had failed after 30 plus years of service and I did not hesitate to contact Simon and order another as a replacement, which has just been delivered to his usual high standards of quality and service. In fact, as I write this, I'm about to order a third unit from him as a replacement for another similarly old unit in anticipation of its imminent demise. I have been self employed for over 40 years and I respect people of the same mentality and especially know their product and have experience in what they are doing. We have been customers for over 5 years, and have purchased four bespoke radiators so far; our most recent purchase was today the 11/11/20. Recently ordered a large bespoke curved radiator for a bay window. Made a huge template from wallpaper and posted it off. Simon contacted me a couple of times to check details. It's now in place and looks a treat. The heating engineer who fitted it was impressed and wanted the details of The Radiator Factory for another customer. Highly recommended.

BEWARE COURT ACTION. The owner Simon was rude to both me, my husband and our builders. We wanted a bespoke radiator and Simon told us that he needed a specific measurement for this. He would not tell us what this was until we paid in full which we did. Simon then tried to explain how to get the measurement by phone (no clear written guide or diagram) to my builders but they did not understand (one has a degree in the UK and speaks fluent English). So I tried but also did not understand so my husband tried and did not fully get it either. This took up a lot of our time and we had to make 2 trips

Can't speak highly enough about this company, excellent service, good selection reasonably priced. All the usual in a good review, but I have also had exceptional after sales service!
We had a small latent defect in the finish of a designer radiator, and imagined that claiming on the guarantee might be a problem as we had had it for some time.
I contacted the C. E.O. and he arranged a no quibble replacement. Obviously this didn't happen overnight as he had to get it shipped from Belgium, but I was updated by email throughout. I don't think that there is anything that could be done to better the
