The showroom at Stylish radiators is a great benefit, making it easy to look closely at designs, finishes and colours of a good selection of radiators. The team were great to deal with and with a copy of our floor plan, assisted with calculating what radiator output we would need in each room/location.
We ordered ten radiators and valves from them which were delivered to us on the date we needed for our installation.
Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Have just had a beautiful radiator from Stylish Radiators. Coloured to our choice. The service received was second to none. Customer care exemplary from beginning to end. There were a couple of manufacturer problems, but James resolved them and ensured our delivery was on the day as promised to coincide with our plumber. A missing part was delivered to my home at 7.30a.m.on the day of fitting. This is one of the best companies my husband and I have dealt with (my husband having been in the building trade for years!) Highly recommended.

Whenever I’ve called, somebody has always answered. If they’ve been unable to sort out my query straight away they would always get back to me.
The key to good customer service is how you deal with issues that arise. In my case, the incorrect items were delivered - down to picking error at distributor. Chris and Paul went out of there way to resolve this issue and had the correct radiators delivered and the other ones returned within a couple of days.

There was an unfortunate issue with the quality provided in response to a custom order we made (which was not in any way the fault of the Stylish Radiators, but was entirely the fault of the manufacturer), and I could not be more satisfied with the response provided by Paul and his team in advocating for and obtaining a completely fair and expeditious remedy.
Stylish Radiators is clearly a business dedicated to excellent customer service and maintaining their reputation for such.

We purchased £2400 worth of stainless steel radiators from stylish radiators in 2009. Not even 10yrs old they rusted through and flooded our lovely oak hardwood floor. I went to see Paul at the shop expecting some sort of offer of help or atleast a replacement radiator at the very minimum. Paul instead gave me a list of reasons why he won't stand by his overpriced products. I understand he didn't make the radiator but he should at the minimum take responsibility for what he selling. Will never use again and make sure no one else I know does either. Save the drama of a flooded house and buy your

We have just visited the showroom in Sutton Coldfield and received an excellent service from James. He knew is stuff, gave clear advice on shapes , size , colour and what will go in the space we have and what heat it will provide . They have beautiful designs and can bespoke to your needs .
