As a designer, manufacturer and supplier of Industrial Oil Coolers, Water Radiators, Charge Air Coolers and Specialist Heat Exchangers, GDM offer a full range of manufacturing and reconditioning services.
GDM Cooler Manufacturing Ltd serve and support multiple market sectors with cooling requirements. GDM Cooler Manufacturing Ltd offer a full range of services for reconditioning Raft Set Aluminium Cooler Packs back to OEM specification. Utilising the GDM Plate and Bar product manufactured exclusively in the UK, we are able to offer like for like replacement cores ensuring that performance in service remains at is optimum.
This option is for cooling hydraulic oil without breaking into a machines main pipework and comprises of a high efficiency oil cooler and a G-rotor pump. The biggest in the standard range is the popular GDPU23, with 250mm fan and 2800rpm three phase motor. Outside of this product we can design and build a wide range of off-line cooler packs.
The AC range of the standard product can be fitted with a wide range of motors. Their standard motor fitment is from the metric D63 to D100. With a relatively small amount of modification they can accept Imperial motors for markets such as America, Mexico and Canada. The Standard GDM Air Blown Cooler Pack range starts with the GDAC2 comprising of a 16 row Intercallery cooler and 110/1/50 fan.
Using the same heat exchangers as the AC range the DC range is limited to a 15 inch fan, so the biggest standard unit is the GDM500-DC. Fans are available as blowing or sucking and 12 or 24 volt direct current. The smaller GDDC range and the larger GDM300, 400 & 500 DC range are available with blowing or suction fans and are also offered as HD units for additional longevity of life in service.
