If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any product we provide just send it back, any time within 14 days of the delivery date and we will be happy to refund you the cost of the product in full. However you will be charged the cost of the collection, you will be responsible for ensuring the goods return to us in good condition and the orginal delivery charge cannot be refunded.
If you are disabled or chronically sick you could qualify to receive certain goods VAT free. Please send your completed application accompanied by a written declaration from your contractor on letter headed paper outlining the work to be carried out in order to support your application. Please ensure you include all order numbers related to your claim.

We now offer a collection service for the majority of the products we offer. If the items ordered are stocked in our warehouse, then your order should be ready within a couple of hours. If the goods you have ordered need to be ordered from a supplier, then we will inform you if the goods are not expected to arrive prior to your arranged collection date.
