Unimpressed so far. Ordered a radiator on Tuesday. The wrong radiator turned up on Thursday. Was told a courier would collect the wrong one on Friday and the correct one would be delivered the same day. Surprise surprise the radiator was picked up on Friday and no replacement delivered. So having spent a lot
of money with this company on Tuesday I am still without a radiator and any explanation on Saturday and seemingly unable to speak to anyone. Very disappointed.

Bad company, I am not happy at all. I bought 3 radiators through Screwfix , in one box was just the radiator its self without brackets to be fitted on the wall . I exchanged another radiator because I ordered the wrong colour, they took the wrong one and told me to order a new one myself. I was waiting for ages to receive my money back in the account after I called the company multiple times. They told me that Screwfix will transfer my money back while nothing happened until I went in the Screwfix store to make a complaint. At Screwfix store they gave me back the colour I wanted but wrong model

I would never deal with this company again, we bought 3 radiators through Screwfix that came from this company. The radiators didn't work properly and in the end they did acknowledge that there was a fault with the radiators they supplied us. It took over 3 months to get to the stage where they gave us the replacements. We have installed this for a client and we are now out of pocket by more than a £1000 for all our time spend going back and forth to figure out what was going on. They even said they would pay for our labour cost and we got £450, what a joke!!!!

Ordered 2 radiators on a Friday evening . Unfortunately I had to cancel the order via email on Saturday as I had made a mistake with size. Got a confirmation of order cancellation from Agadon on Monday morning. I would certainly not hesitate to order from this company with such prompt action over a cancellation. I consider that to be good customer service.

Disgraceful business. I am utterly disgusted by these guys despite paying close to £1,000 for two radiators. Late delivery, (3 weeks and no phone call to advise me...I had to chase) no after sales support whatsoever, don't answer the phone, don't acknowledge complaint emails (I've sent two now giving them ample opportunity to resolve my concerns before writing this review). Once they have your money, they are not interested. Oh and the products they sell are for the European market so good luck installing them yourself. And further good luck finding an electrician who will too. Seeking legal action
