In preparation for our stores re-opening, we understand that some customers may not feel comfortable in public. Therefore we will be offering appointments for your own private viewing at our Ilkeston showroom for our customers that wish to view at their own leisure. This will be available on selected days, allowing us to adhere to the social distancing measures in place in our stores.

Writing on behalf of my elderly parents.
They ordered a new sofa and chair in June 2021 after lots of searching for the right one, they understood there might be a wait with the covid situation. But by November there was still no sign of it , after enquiring they were told it was on a container and would be arriving soon. By December there still was no sign of it, on December 15th they had a phone to say it had arrived (approximately 25weeks after ordering) the would deliver on Monday 20th . Which they did ... but the delivery driver couldn't get it in the house,,,, whilst trying they smashed

I have just taken delivery of my new suite from Frank Knighton and I must say right from placing the order the Company have been brilliant. The salesman was extremely helpful, the prices were really good and the delivery was on time in spite of COVID-19. The two delivery men were second to none so thank you Ryan, Nelly and all at Frank Knighton.
