Ordered stones online which came on time but at 6.25am.Also the stones were much bigger than the measurements stated on the website which made them unfit for purpose.So had to return them at an exorbitant cost to me £107 out of pocket and no stones😔 Very polite man on the phone but no manager available to talk too🤔

Wish I'd read the previous reviews before purchasing!!
We order 20mm-30mm Scottish pebbles. What we received was much larger. We received more 50mm - 70mm.
When complaining to Pro-turf and sending pictures they didn't want to know or accept any responsibility, and fobbed us of with excuses. How do pebbles measuring 50mm x 80mm get through a 20mm - 30mm grading machine???! I would avoid at all costs!
Edit to response. Having spoken to other aggregate company's they have advised that any stones where the length and width are larger than 30mm for example 50mm x 70mm would not have got through a

DO NOT BUY!!! Terrible customer service! If I could give zero stars I would.
Quality of product was very low grade and not as advertised, simply not up to standard for the price range (two landscapers testified this). We also got only 1 bag delivered out of 4 and they refused to acknowledge this (again 3 people to testify delivery of only 1 bag).
They are now dragging it on saying they don't have to refund us. This has costs us a fortune plus the time and costs of tradesmen.

This company is awful to deal with. I ordered 300-400mm boulders, but what arrived was anything around 750mm. There excuse was it mentioned the rocks could be bigger in the small print. An absolute get out of jail card for sending a product that clearly didn’t match the description. Delivery of these rocks was around £22. Strangely to return them it was £135. The company are just thieves. Stay clear.

Ordered two bulk bags , no fuss, arrived on time as scheduled , delivery driver polite and very helpful.
So pleased went and ordered another bulk bag for front garden , was not enough so ordered another and Proturf staff could not have been more helpful
Both follow ups delivered on time no fuss.

After a couple issues with bank holiday weekend everything has been sorted. The team got in touch to clear things up and let me know that the delivery truck had broken down very quickly. Very pleased with the service and product delivered. Delivery guy was also very nice and placed the pallet nice a neatly out the way.
