Really disappointing with the lack of service and response to getting a quote. This used to be a good place to buy stoves however recently they have new management and they have obviously gone down rapidly since.
In response to the owners reply, yes and they requested that I sent photos via email. This was done, followed by a phone call. When speaking on the phone they didn't seem interested and never responded to the photos i sent.
In the end I used a different installer within Seaford.
