I started Pyromania in a garden shed in 1981, restoring marble fireplaces. As this was much more fun than working in an office, I took the plunge and started a small business, restoring and installing traditional fireplaces. I have always taken customer service very seriously, as happy clients become your salespeople.

The team at Pyromania could not have been more helpfull.We had a complete new fireplace installed by another local company but were very unhappy about the installation and integrity of the workmanship.We did not want them back in our house and so I contacted Pyromania mainly to ask for advice,they immediately offered to come out and survey what had been done,confirmed our fears.We then arranged for them to come back, remove the fireplace and gas fire and refit everything correctly to theirs and our satisfaction.Nothing was too much trouble and everything was certified correctly.Very professional
