We are thrilled with our new gas fire. Had dealings with two other companies closer to home, but both failed abysmally in supplying what we wanted. Home-Heat gave us a 5 star service from the onset and nothing was too much trouble. We finally have the gas fire of our dreams. Many thanks to Sarah, Lee & Richard for such a professional service, highly recommended.

Initial installations was fine as was post customer service. However having had two liners fail in a very short time I found home heat less that helpful. Failed to respond despite repeated contacts. Finally had to employ another installer which was a disappointment because the warranty was not worth the paper it was printed on. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

After leaving message that I was interested in buying a large gas stove, they rang me on Tuesday evening and took details of what I wanted to buy and promised to let me know all options. Nothing heard by Friday so I left message on their website that if no response by the following Monday I would assume they couldn't help me. Early Monday, email received suggesting a product so I immediately replied asking them to ring me to discuss. A week later, no response at all so have gone elsewhere and had very positive assistance. No effort shown in gaining my custom and now I wouldn't have any confidence

Lee and Richard fitted a Gasco Loft fire in September 2019. The job was slightly more complex as they had to run the gas pipe, cut into my wood floor to lay the granite slab and then install and commission the fire.
Their care and precision on the job exceeded expectations. They even painted behind the fire!
Home Heat were not the cheapest but definitely the best value as they took responsibility for the entire job. Their competitors required me to commission sub contractors to remove part of the floor to lay the granite slab - this was something I was not keen on doing.

We had a multi purpose Stockton 5 mk2 fitted by Home heat 3years ago at great cost it was fitted very well. But when it needed a new a new door seal fitted we took the door to Home heat to have a replacement this is when the fun starts.
First they put on the wrong seal we called stovax they confirmed that it was the wrong seal for that model we took it back to Home heat and spoke the owner Les who was very stubborn and aggressive claiming it was the correct seal according to stovax we told him that we also called stovax they assured us that it WAS the wrong seal and should be a part numbered 5700

My experience with Homeheat was excellent!
Firstly, I could probably have got the fire cheaper online and had it fitted but there was a risk not knowing the quality and not having the reassurance of aftercare.
The staff were so friendly and knowledgable and made the whole process really easy.
They were quick to get the stove and arrange a fitting date. They turned up on time and were very clean and efficient.
They’re aftersales was great when I needed help and supplies. They couldn’t do enough to help!
