Empire Sheds is a Midlands based company, manufacturing a comprehensive range of quality timber garden buildings including garden sheds, bike stores and log stores. We are committed to producing quality garden products at affordable prices. Our factory workforce are highly trained, dedicated and fully committed to manufacturing our buildings to an exceptionally high standard.
Most deliveries are made using own our fleet of vehicles, some more remote areas may require a third party courier. Orders will be delivered to the nearest point of the property, that is adjacent to the roadside. Any customers who are concerned that there may be access issues, should contact us with the details prior to their delivery date.

Well i am really pleased with the service recieved from empire sheds. No issues with delivery and the shed was delivered on the day they said they would deliver. When the driver turned up he worked for empire sheds direct and he couldnt be more helpful he helped me round the side of the house with the shed. The quick booking of the fitting was done in less than 7 days the guys were ready to fit the shed in about 5 days. Also i cancelled the fitting because someone could fit it for me a friend was doing it and because i had paid for the fitting a cheque arrived in the post 2 days later from empire

Shocking customer service,. I have waited since May for my shed to be delivered. I paid in full. It was due last day in August and did not turn up. Two days later, and nothing to tell me what is going on. The phone number is not manned and each day there is a different message telling you they are either closed until the next day or just closed or their mailbox is full. They have had my money for 4 months and now I cant get in touch! I have finally received my shed. The driver was polite and helpful and my opinion of this company has been positively restored. Also my shed is amazing. Exactly what

Poor customer service, poor felt quality supplied with the shed.
On inspection the panels are quite flimsy but go together well, once up it is adequate. The felt is not very good qualty although fixed down it cracked and split...too thin!! Referred to customer service but their advice was not to put any heavier grade as the roof is not designed to take any further weight....!! Then make it stronger??

Ordered a 10x5ft pent roof shed from Empire.
Good price & delivery was very prompt.
However, small criticism, it would have been nice to have been informed of the date & time of the delivery.
Empire deliver via their own transport & just one driver.
Luckily I had builders at my propoerty who helped my wife carry the shed panels & accessories into the garden as their driver refused.
Advice to Empire : your product is a two man delivery. In this competitive world customer service & delivery notification is a must.
