Shed itself is ok and am reasonably happy with the quality, though I was expecting better for £1100 ! They supplied the shed with plasterboard screws for its installation!!! It's a garden shed I can go with it and add my own scews no problem. They even put them in a screw bucket with the picture of the correct screws🤦. They also had forgotten to supply the facia board even though I asked the chap if those bits are mine? He said no, I said are you sure, no definitely not. Right, put the shed up, no problem, except the facia boards are missing ( are you sure!!!!). So no big deal I'll get some

Purchased a Supreme Summer house on 29th June 2021. Constructed by Liam and Kevin who did a good job. However there is clearly no attention to detail as sections of wood were very roughly cut at the factory and not sanded down before transit. This company is clearly a money making machine and better inspection of the wooden panels before they leave the factory would result in a better product.

I'm going to be positive about Total Sheds because in truth, they were really decent. We spent 5 grand on a good sized log cabin. It turned up on time, was put together by the two lads (sorry, didn't get your names!) in about 4 hours. Yes, it was a bit rough round the edges and did require some detail sanding but price wise, just super cheap! A great addition to our garden, really impressed to be honest. Thanks guys, glad we got a good one without any hassle!!

Avoid this company like the plague! We had our shed fitted last July and were initially happy with it however it got to September and the roof started leaking so they came out to fix it by re-felting the roof. It was at this point I noticed the roof was bowed allowing a puddle to gather however I was reassured it was fine as it had been re-felted. January came and surprise surprise the roof was leaking again so I specifically said the roof was bowed and needed to be replaced however they came and said they had been instructed to re-felt and not replace the roof. Here we are less than a year later

My family purchased a shed with glass windows, they didn't bring the windows with them on delivery and promised they would be subsequently fitted. We're months on now and we have not been able to get in touch. Our phone calls are constantly avoided. They had no intention of fitting the windows which had been paid for. To be honest, even if the windows had been fitted I'd only be giving 3* due to the poor quality of the fitting. Be prepared to use filler on a lot of gaps and sand down the really rough finish.

Very happy with the shed. I had delivered a 6x4 shed from Total sheds the lead time was slightly longer than initially expected but it was well worth it when they delivered. The shed looks great just like the amazing pictures of it on their website. Customer service was fantastic and the fitters were very helpful! Overall a great experience

Absolutely disgusting customer service.
I had a cabin from total sheds.
The build was somewhat left to be desired with the following issues.
-Gaps in the build allowing elements in
- build not done correctly and uneven leaving partitions and joins not fitting correctly.
-Gaps in the celing cover by 4 X 2 planks to hide it from me because the builders couldn't be bothered to fit it correctly.
-insulation that cost £1500 was just scrap ends of loft insulation not fit for the purpose.
-water proof membrane just randomly cut and put into the cavity of the walls not actually providing any protection

Kev and Jack from Total sheds installed the 4mx3m shed in this inclement weather. Both very professional and polite, straight to the job and navigated at least couple of inches of snow in the garden to complete the job. I did call to offer alternative dates but Total sheds stayed firm on their committed date and completed the job as promised. Shed was ship lap tongue and groove 34mm pressure treated so time will tell about the quality but buying, delivery and install has been really impressive. Very disappointing. We ordered a summer house, paying a deposit. My husband took a day off work. The lads arrived much later than told the day before. ( no fault of theirs). They had been given a shed to put up! Talking to a employee at total sheds for a good 40 mins, if not more to try and sort their mistake out I ended up having to cancel and arguing for my deposit back. This woman was very unprofessional, un helpful and there was no apologies or compromise to sorting it out, her attitude was terrible. I had previously bought from Total Sheds and this was my third purchase from them. This time I chose the 10x6 tanalised pent shed and would certainly recommend it - it exceeded my expectations in both quality and appearance. The two guys that delivered and fitted it were fast and efficient- in fact I remembered one of them who had fitted 2 sheds at my previous address in 2017.
Additionally the seller is easy to deal with and fitted an extra window for just an extra £25. Incidently its great to be able to choose where you want doors/windows, making your shed unique. Well done yet again!

Very happy with the ordering process, and that they emailed a confirmatory sketch just be sure I'd ordered the correct thing. (10x5 pent) and that windows and door were how I wanted them. They gave me an installation date which they stuck to and even called the day before to reconfirm. Bare in mind I'm in Essex CM22, at least 120 miles from their base. The guys turned up as expected. I timed them. 12 minutes to completely erect this shed, and finished - unbelievable. Would have taken me all day. All sound, square and solidly build. I recently purchased a shed from ebay for delivery at my daughters house, a time and date was agreed. At the last minute both time and date were changed and I was unable to be there for delivery. The shed delivered was in poor condition, damaged and parts missing, I complained and sent photographs and did receive a partial refund. However on erecting the shed more defects were found, therefore I left negative feedback on ebay which remained on their site for a few days and has now seems to have been removed.
