Had a garden room built by the More Space team several years ago. Build was brilliant and was very happy with the team and quality of work. I have a had a recent issue with the room and was extremely impressed by the communication and response from the More Space team. It was resolved very quickly and we would highly recommend.

Had many problems and issues with this company!!! We unfortunately were just blinded by the price. Countless red flags from start to finish. Vicky should not be the face of this company her customer service skills are atrocious. I was the one always having to make contact and call. Not ONCE would Vicky phone me or update us on the process. Leaving… us uncertain throughout the whole 5 months. No deposits nor paper work from day one (MASSIVE WARNING SIGN). Had the worst experience with this company from start to finish. Very amateur when it comes to customer service / business skills. Never saw any paper work and had no sense of security throughout the whole 5 months this tedious situation went on for. Cancelled twice and the second time was the night before! We would al and be left in the dark with no messages or phone calls it would have to be us contacting for updates!? So many red flags along the way but we were just blinded by the cheap price. Please beware as these are very amateur when it comes to business. Their business was already liquidated back in 2019.
My true experience was nothing less than shocking. They sacked off their own staff as they walked off my job. They broke their own contract and now I have been left with the base of the build and that being done very poorly.
We are now taking legal action.
Be careful folks.

I would certainly recommend Morespace if you're looking for a Garden Room. Andrew and his team installed a cedar clad garden room for us a year ago and we're very pleased with how it turned out. The price was competitive and the service, from first contact right through to aftercare, has been excellent. We had a custom size and design and the team were able to help with accommodating services for a cloakroom.
There were some minor niggles with finishing, but they were addressed promptly and professionally. Nearly a year on we had another issue with the bifold doors and Morespace came out the next
