Great cast iron radiator. I had an unfortunate incident in that it failed after a week and there was a leak from one of the joints. It is the after sales service that I felt needed a mention. The radiator was collected very quickly and the leak was sorted. The turnaround time was great and the radiator is a great feature in a newly decorated room.

Genuinely excellent service. We decided to get rid of an old radiator but were looking for something different and something a bit special. We got that with this company. Not only the radiator we needed but excellent service, delivered before their estimated time. Lovely staff to deal with as well when we needed to talk on the telephone. Worked with Feauture Radiators to get the right rads for a new extension. They gave a super friendly personal service with all the expertise to help at every step, in getting the heat level right to make for a toasty room, working with me on getting the designs for the look of the room I was building and working to my budget requirements. Radiators work faultlessly, have high build quality, look fantastic, arrived on time and the team at Feature Radiators were always on hand for queries. Couldn’t recommend enough.

What fabulous service! We had been let down and urgently needed a radiator to fit a very compact space in our hallway, ensuring that the loo door could open too. I gave Feature Radiators a call with some very specific measurements ... Bingo! Within 24hrs we had exactly what we needed. An attractive perfectly sized radiator now looks fabulous in our hallway. Customer service was great. We have Classics in the main rooms, a Dansk in the kitchen and brushed stainless steel towel rail in the bathroom. We’re pleased with our choices, they fit really well into their surroundings. We got great advice which was helpful, narrowing down what we wanted from so many radiators! Great showroom. Would definitely recommend.

I found out about Feature Radiators through personal recommendation, and am very pleased that I used them. I had never bought a radiator before, and was very impressed by the knowledge shown by the staff who helped me to decide which sized radiator I would need for the size of the room, and suggested which valves would be best. The radiator… arrived in a timely fashion, and was fitted by a plumber who unfortunately managed to mess up its installation, including losing three out of four of the grub screws needed to fix it to the wall. A quick call to Feature Radiators, and replacement screws
