Services
Established for over 60 years, Cast Iron Rads are specialists in the restoration & refurbishment of Cast Iron Radiators. Each radiator is manufactured to suit your requirements supplied with a 10 year warranty. Cast Iron Rads began as a small engineering company specialising in general steel fabrication, welding, blast cleaning and surface coatings, including paint, powder and Teflon coating.
As well as cast iron radiator restoration, we also build radiators by the section to give you the length required and the heat output you need. We are an accredited Carron Radiator distributor and we supply these across the whole of the UK. We have been in business over 60 years and therefore our knowledge and capability in the industry is unquestionable.
Are you searching for a reproduction cast iron radiator? With the decline of the British manufacturing industry and the dramatic reduction of iron foundries it is no longer possible to source British made cast iron radiators. Having the connections in the industry and due to our many years in business, Cast Iron Rads have been able to source a huge stock of original cast iron radiators for onward sale.
Original Cast Iron Radiators - All the radiators in this section are fully restored original antique cast iron radiators. Sadly in the past few decades many cast iron radiors have been removed and weighed in for scrap. Since 1999 Castironrads have been acquiring radiators from demoliton companines, breathing new life into old redundant radiators and passing them on to new homes.
Our cast iron radiator restoration service is available for residential and commercial customers wanting to have their own cast iron radiators restored. Since 1999 Castironrads have been restoring radiators to their former glory and over the years have worked with property developers, designers, architects and home owners ensuring a small part of our history is warming our future generations for many years to come.

Well this is interesting... I used Roger and his team to restore my old radiators. They were returned scratched and with terrible paint. They were sent back to cast iron rads to be re-painted. Unfortunately the job completed was just not up to standard. I raised a further complaint with Roger before the company went into liquidation. I lost £2000. If you want to give them a go fine but personally, I'd stay well away and do your research first.
