I bought a slim panel electric radiator (Adax Neo) to 'top up' the heating in a back room with old flint walls. My gas central heating system has never quite managed to cope but the new heater looks quite discrete and is now set up to give a boost to the room at several times during the day. The timer is really flexible and can be set hour-by-hour for weekdays and weekends. Although I used the heater throughout all of last winter, it wouldn't switch on this year (despite obvious checks). I phoned customer support and a new one was sent out to me straight away - no quibbles and no cost to me. I

Bought 2 heaters for our conservatory because of their slim modern look. Just over a year later one didn't heat up as it should. Contacted Luke at the company & he couldn't have been more helpful. I had a replacement as soon as their new stock arrived. This company should be applauded for their prompt no quibble customer service I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them

Incredibly helpful on a number of occasions where I have needed to contact them. There was a problem with one of the heaters I'd had for a couple of years, no quibble they sent me a replacement to arrive next working day. I then messed up another order which they sorted out for me without a problem. They were helpful with set up advice too. In this day and age it's so refreshing to come across such a freindly and helpful company. The ADAX wi-fi radiators I purchased are a great product too!

Bought a thermostat/timer heated towel rail in late summer which sprung a leak when turned up in the colder weather.
Adax SolAire replaced the item and dealt with all emails within the hour. Great product which can be set to come on whenever you want it, meaning energy efficiency and warm dry towels even when the gas central heating isn't needed.
No hesitation in recommending both product and company.

I ordered 5 Adax Neo radiators for delivery to Austria. They turned up in a couple of days - much quicker than I had expected. Everything as ordered. I messed up a bit with the thermostats. I didn't realise they had to wired up as they are wireless thermostats. So I asked if I could send them back and get a refund. No problem. All my questions from start to finish were answered professionally and extremely quickly. I can't fault their service.

Awesome service from SolAire, I bought a thermostatic towel rail from them via Amazon over three years ago. As the towel rail had stopped working and was showing an error message I sent them a message on here to see if they had any advice. Jack was brilliant he messaged back straight away (even though it was Sunday afternoon) and walked me through… how to reset the system. This still didn't fix the problem so he arranged to have a new thermostat and receiver sent out. We fitted these this weekend at the rail now works perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
