Purchased a 3 piece suite in October and the customer service by Annie was excellent.
Unfortunately we saw and purchased a dining room suite and coffee table ( from a different retailer) and then we realised the colour scheme would not match the settee.
So today we returned to the Interior Outlet to see if we could change the colour of our original order.
We spoke to Adel who went beyond all the realms of customer service making 3 phone calls to ensure our order could be amended.We was pleased after all her hard work she confirmed she had managed to change the order to the new colour.

I visited the outlet on Tuesday with my daughter having seen an advert for a settee on Facebook. I don’t often do reviews but felt I needed to share my experience here. The ladies (Sammie & Maxine) were so so helpful and such lovely friendly ladies, it made my shopping experience that bit more special and I came out with a gorgeous settee and some was burner lamps. Thank you ladies and I will most definitely W visiting again soon. The outlet had some beautiful items. Leigh & Danielle x

Fabulous furniture. Ordered a beautiful suite from them with a footstool. Fantastic quality and oh my lord such a fantastic reduction on the original price. We bought a gorgeous Debenhams leather sofa from here, the service and delivery was exceptional.
No pushy sales and the lady who runs the place is very knowledgeable, we paid less than half the price than if we had gone to Debenhams.
We are going back next weekend to look for a mahogany coffee table.

Never have we experienced such great service. This would be hard to match with a big high street name. Annie is extremely helpful and replies promptly. Sofa chosen and delivered within 4 days unbelievable .Transaction from start to finish was seamless and would definitely recommend the Interior Outlet to everyone. What a little gem!!! I literally had a few day to find a sofa to meet my transport deadline and after speaking to Annie at The Interior Outlet I had a number of amazing sofa pictures in my inbox (After closing hours I may add!) that would be ready immediately for delivery. I went to the beautiful show room in Hemsworth and was so pleased with my selection available not only a beautiful sofa but a chair too and all delivered within 2 days! What more could you ask for? Furniture delivered within a timely manor from the local delivery team at Middletons who were great. I will defiantly be returning

This store is just stunning. Lots to see and so inspiring when trying to pull ideas together.
The staff are lovely, really knowledgable about the furniture and nothing is too much trouble.
Even the delivery team were brilliant, considering the problems getting the furniture through our front door.
